We work with Rå Engros as our meat supplier, which means we receive meat of the highest quality, selected with a focus on taste, tenderness, and good craftsmanship.

LADEGAARD DUROC

We work with Ladegaard Duroc and get top-quality pork; marked with 3 animal welfare hearts, the highest standard for animal welfare. Juicy, well-marbled, and with a clean, deep flavor.

FISHERY QUAY

We collaborate with Fiskerikajen and obtain sustainably caught fish of high quality. Responsibly sourced, freshly delivered, and with a clean, clear taste from the sea to the plate.
