Cancellation and change policy
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, and to enable our kitchen to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, the following conditions apply:
A la carte bookings: groups of more than 6 people
Guest groups of more than 6 people are requested to submit their à la carte food orders no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Orders should be sent to info@rkaj.dk or placed by telephone.
This ensures that we can plan correctly and deliver the quality and experience we stand for.
Changes in the number of guests or cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Groups of 15 people or more
A written booking confirmation with specific terms and conditions will be sent.
The signed confirmation must be received by us no later than 10 days prior to settlement.
Any changes after this deadline may incur a fee and/or full payment depending on the timing and scope.
